The Learning Forward Academy is Learning Forward’s flagship deep learning experience. Participants spend 2 1/2 years working with expert coaches and practitioners from around the world to tackle problems of practice by constructing knowledge, creating better learning conditions for colleagues, and improving instruction and results for students.With a rich history that spans 20 years, the Academy has supported the problem-based learning of teachers, teacher-leaders, instructional coaches, principals, regional leaders, superintendents, and others whose jobs involve supporting the learning of other adults and students.

In addition to the option to apply as an individual, the Academy is now inviting applications from teams. Teams benefit from building shared purpose, common language, and coordinated action around a meaningful problem of practice, strengthening their ability to design, implement, and sustain high-quality professional learning together.

However you participate, the Academy will equip you to turn learning into action and drive meaningful results for educators and students alike.
