The Learning Forward Academy Class of 2021 has begun its 2½-year program with 63 members representing 23 states and a diverse range of students, staff, and areas of professional learning focus. The Academy is Learning Forward’s flagship deep learning experience. Participants build their knowledge of and capacity for best practices and address problems of practice while learning with other educators. The class will learn under the coaching direction of Ramona Coleman and Stacy Winslow. Coleman is director of professional learning in Fort Wayne (Indiana) Community Schools. Winslow is assistant to the superintendent for curriculum, instruction, and assessment in Derry Township School District in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
